35 West joined our portfolio in 2021. This was the fifth property that we developed into workspace, and now houses a wide variety of business and artists, including jewellers, writers and a theatre school.
This beautiful building provides high quality spaces lovingly maintained to the highest standards. We love the quirkiness of the this building's frontage, especially its wonky façade.
