These spaces start from around £295 per month dependent on size and location, and are very popular among more established makers and full time self-employed entrepreneurs and small businesses, who use them as semi or full time office spaces and make spaces. Examples include designers, photographers, musicians, consultants and professionals.

We have a range of retail spaces available for retail businesses of all shapes, sizes and types. We have a varied and eclectic range of retailers, from cafes to soap and candle makers, to independent specialist sellers, salons and beauticians.

Retail space pricing varies considerably, as some retailers need only a small retail outlet to trade from, whereas others need a whole shop floor or a space equipped with a commercial kitchen. The majority of our retail spaces are prime location spaces in our buildings - usually on the ground floor at the front of each building, and in city centre locations. Our retail spaces start at around £325 per month for a small lockable retail outlet, up to around £1,200 per month for a large retail space suitable for retailers with multiple customers.

These spaces start from around £160 per month and are just the job for a sole trader, maker, consultant or counsellor working one to one with clients. These spaces are popular with jewellery makers, ceramicists, proof readers, designers and artists.

Our large workspaces and suites are perfect for larger businesses, organisations with multiple employees, charities, and those who need multiple smaller rooms, one very large room, or a suite of offices for their team and service users.

Larger workspaces start from around £495 per month, up to around £2,000 per month, dependent on how much space is needed. These workspaces are popular amongst larger businesses who want quality workspace with everything included, and a fixed monthly price without the hassle of paying bills, service charges and maintenance fees.

Examples of business types in these spaces are established counselling organisations with multiple employees, larger charities who need a range of spaces to deliver multiple activities at the same time to service users, dance and theatre schools and those who offer classes, activities and education and learning providers.

Practical commercial workspaces in a range of sizes. With solid concrete floors, bright lighting, built in storage and roller shutters, we have a small number of commercial workspaces in our portfolio.

Our commercial workspaces start from £325 per month and are popular with fitness instructors, joiners, bathroom fitters, carpenters, metal workers, upholsterers and online retailers who need affordable, dry and secure commercial space to store stock inventory. Some of our commercial workspaces come with their own office and WC facilities.
